As I was trying to hold a conversation with a gentleman of this company...I was abruptly interrupted...and was told in a "harsh tone" to text the company to change the date and time of my services...Since I am a Choice Home Warranty customer, my date/time are automatically selected...therefore I texted the dates and times that someone will be at the home to receive the services....NO RESPONSE...NO TEXT...NO PHONE CALL from this company!!! David Dodd was rude and unprofessional. He was hired by Choice Warranty. I mentioned to him I would be available between 9am and 10am. He said that's fine. He did not show up. He called at 11:15 am. I told him live wires were exposed and he tried to debate with me about what the issue is in my home without being in my home to see. He was rude and disrespectful and I refused his service. I attempted to utilize this company for a major electrical issue that was covered under a warranty service. After coming for an initial consultation, he scheduled my repair 2 weeks out. Once that day arrived, he did not show or call. He returned my call after the warranty company contacted him. He set another appointment for a week later.
