I was stuck on a long distance drive, rang around 6 mechanics for what should have been a 10 min easy job. Turned into 2 hours to patch it up safely to get back home. Bill was great. Can't thank him and the boys enough. Very reasonable price, honest, good worth ethic. Only thing they can improve on is speaking to a customer who was waiting over 15 minutes by the office. Bill has always been honest & actually cared for his clients who were doing it tough financially. Unfortunately I can't say the same for Will, through my interaction with him. He charged me $180 for a 1hr job to pull out my broken radiator, only to put back in my broken radiator, due to a bent bar. He told me he didn't have the tools to fix it or the time.
