I don't know the Massillon area well, despite living and investing in it for the past decade. I do know I love this car repair shop more than any other in the entire state of Ohio. This place is reliable and HONEST. I cannot tell you how many cars I have gone through and had bad work, dishonest diagnosis, or other issues with repairs of vehicles. Called to see if they could look at my vehicle after a long term family regular been there for years. Once they found out it was electrical they denied me. They told us they have enough regulars that they don’t need new ones and don’t want to take away from the regulars. VERY RUDE PEOPLE!! Called Wrench Works Auto they said bring it in no appointment needed. Now my family will be switching places.

went into Hupps today for a diagnostic/safety check. the rude man on the phone didn't seem to have any grasp on what was going on but and even though i was told they'd do it no cost they tried to charge me at arrival. then the owner called me "nasty" for saying "sir i'd like to leave." it's interesting they got me in so soon and had nothing on the books. i simply don't have a clue. be kinder and maybe you'd get more business
