Love Wipliance. They have been so helpful in cleaning up another IT company’s work! Always responsive, communicative, professional and they do great work. I highly recommend!
Service call was excellent technician had years of experience took all our what abouts and something's funny and why does it do this, and approximately 30 minutes later everything was running perfectly reset the TV set , amplifier for the big speakers , an all-in-one remote control everything in the system beautiful work, never get Mr fix it, call professional. What took him about 30 minutes would take probably two or three hours with some of the other things I've had in my Life, always call a pro. For professional service.
Awesome conpany.!!! Highly experienced personel, great people. It was easy to come to them, and get what I wanted and not overdone. I would recommend this company to anyone looking at installing a custom sound system or custom lighting. Well done Wipliance.
Still not finished. We are waiting for more components. But the installation professionals were respectful and courteous. There are still a number of glitches in the system. 03/17/2025 update: In spite of the glitches, Wi Pliance remained responsive and addressed all the problems effectively. We love our new home audio and video systems and we expect to work with Wi Pliance over some lighting problems in the home. Also, Don, Daryl and Dylan all showed investment in a satisfying outcome. Wipliance continues to update and repair security cameras, routers, etc. at our house. I am beyond impressed with their continued high quality of service and knowledge. Grateful, I am.
