Dr. Hupman is a truly, unique and talented doctor. I believe that he is the best doctor that I have ever seen - and I have seen a lot! His knowledge base is amazing for a GP, and - when the problem is beyond his scope - his connections with some of the best specialists available prove invaluable. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I could not get the office to call me back with results! over a month has passed of us calling eachother and leaving messsages. It's like there was noone responsible for my file... I will not go back.
I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
