Dr. Phan was great. She took plenty of time with me and I really felt like she cared and listened.
Dr Phan is the best doctor I’ve ever had. I’ve been a patient about 4 years now. She seems to genuinely care and makes sure she addresses all of my concerns. She has helped me manage my depression in a very difficult time in my life. My teen daughter refuses to see anyone else. We trust Dr Phan to listen to us and do her best to help us. Her assistant Giselle is so friendly and compassionate and I love seeing her at our appointments. We had a positive experience with the blood draw in the clinic as well.

My husband and I both see Dr. Phan. She listens attentively and includes her patients preferences in care. Her staff is amazing and I love that they have on site lab and radiology. She is very responsive to needs if I need to message her through the Baylor app. Thanks so much, Dr. Phan!
Was pleasant physician, however, I was fired as a patient for missing 2 appointments. I was dealing with severe depression and couldn’t make it out of bed on many days and she was aware of this issue. She told me she would look into this issue and stated that she understood what happened. When I called to verify if I was still a patient, the office told me Dr. Phan stated that I was no longer a patient. Compassion at its best.
