This company must have went under because they will not respond to emails or phone calls after a proposal was signed and deposit sent. They never told us they were going out of business or anything and could not finish the project we signed for. We have been trying to get in contact with them for months. Disappointing.

Very unprofessional. The communication is very bad and I had to constantly call and email to get a call back. The first person Dave I worked with suddenly left the company and no one mentioned anything. I waited two weeks to get a response when my awning was due. I called, texted and emailed repeatedly until Valentine finally responded. When they eventually brought out the awning he pressured me to pay the entire cost up front or said they would not deliver the awning and I would have to pick it up. We hired Hunzinger Williams to install a retractable awning, and it has turned into a serious safety hazard. The awning was improperly anchored, and it is now visibly pulling away from the wall. I am genuinely afraid that one strong wind could rip it off completely, potentially causing property damage or hurting someone. This isn’t a small issue — it’s a major liability.
