Very unprofessional. The communication is very bad and I had to constantly call and email to get a call back. The first person Dave I worked with suddenly left the company and no one mentioned anything. I waited two weeks to get a response when my awning was due. I called, texted and emailed repeatedly until Valentine finally responded. We hired Hunzinger Williams to install a retractable awning, and it has turned into a serious safety hazard. The awning was improperly anchored, and it is now visibly pulling away from the wall. I am genuinely afraid that one strong wind could rip it off completely, potentially causing property damage or hurting someone. This isn’t a small issue — it’s a major liability. Terrible service. Awning didn't turn out like we had agreed on and water is going through the seams. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
