Dr. Victor Hsiao has been my physician since 2010 when I moved here. I appreciate him so much because he is very knowledgeable, kind and caring. In addition, he listens to me when I tell him my thoughts on what might be wrong with me. Many doctors do not do that. I was just in his office in March for my annual physical and he was very thorough and that appointment lasted about 30 minutes or so. I did not feel rushed and we discussed all of my health issues and my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Hsiao.
Did not give me the referral I needed more focused on judging me for using CBD products even if it was recommended by a doctor. Im suffering from weight loss and PTSD then he has the nerve to tell me to quit taking an anxiety medication im prescribed by a psychiatrist when he is not a psychiatrist. Please avoid this man he says he wants to help when in reality is very judgemental and misinfored on hemp laws.
