Family member was having an allergic reaction they called her a liar. Had to take her somewhere else because her face was swelling.
good medical care, but they charged way too much and won't work with my insurance to fill out a simple form, so the claim could not be processed and paid. now they are harassing me about the bill - all they need to do is fill out a simple form. i have tried to talk to them and they say its not their job and they have now turned me over to a collection agency. the form would take less than 5 minutes to complete. don't go here if you do not want a large bill and no help processing insurance
