I’m not sure how this clinic is rated highly, but I won’t be returning to this urgent care center. The nurse practitioner, Erin Howard, had poor bedside manners and condescended towards me. I asked multiple times if my husband could accompany me to the back, but they refused to allow him to join me. There was another race couple who went to the back together, so I don’t understand why my husband couldn’t attend this visit with me. I'd recommend elsewhere. I was not seen because I waited for nearly 3 hours and left. Several staff members were inattentive or ignored other patients.
I walked in today with online appointment, to be told they do not take my insurance and never have ! Surprisingly enough I’ve been at Athens location 2 times this year! Everyone was great but there was new face at reception area. Well she was not to pleasant.I’m still sick was not seen by the staff. Receptionist did not offer any help.Guess I won’t be back. To Bad!
