Never a bad experience! Staff is always friendly and welcoming!!
The PA and staff were wonderful. They were very professional and listened carefully instead of the usual rush from previous experiences with MD Physicians. I don't like being sick but if I am, the Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care-Madison is the place of preference.
Excellent and personable care! The PA was genuinely concerned with helping me feel better. Being able reserve a time slot was also terrific! I am perfectly happy with the care provided!
The staff is very attentive and courteous. They listen and don't make assumptions. I really enjoyed Dr. Erin. She is caring, wonderful bedside manner and most of all she wants to get to the root of the problem and diagnosis the illness correctly so she can help treat you appropriately. I really like her method of going through the process of healing. Dr. Erin is fulfilling her calling.
