Depending on what NP or physician is on staff will depend on the care that you receive. In the past I have received excellent care for minor things such as pink eye or strep throat diagnosis, but this recent visit where I had a major foot injury I was dismissed and the injury seen as minor. In retrospect I should have gone to the ER and not urgent care.
