If I could give zero stars I would I work so I have to make an appointment at five. It says they close at eight but every time we get there, they try to turn us away at five saying that they decide to close at six then we almost don’t get seen until six. I’ll let it go the first couple of times because there was bad weather coming but this time as clear as can be
They were absolutely amazing!! The front desk girls, Gala & Renee were beyond, beyond incredible. They did more than just their front desk duties.. they were literal angels on Earth! Katie & Amber were also amazing! I will never go to another Urgent Care again bc they were that amazing & I live 30 mins away! If they see this, thank you for being soooo amazing. I am forever thankful!!
The site staff is diligent, but overworked. The PA was forced to act as a nurse and physician for my treatment, as well as the treatment of other patients. Another PA and Nurse would have lightened yesterday’s work load considerably, especially since the lobby was full of patients.
