I am writing this review after filing a formal complaint with Huntsville Hospital Patient advocates and before filing a complaint with the state. Though, in reviewing the past 4 years of comments toward this practitioner, I doubt anything will be done. I love love love going to see Dr. McAdams and the staff. The customer service is always great and they do their best to accommodate your needs. Soon as I walk in Shelby made me feel welcomed with her smile, Anthony made sure I was fully prepped before Dr. McAdams came in. Dr. McAdams always takes care of my needs and makes sure I’m on the right path with my health.
