Extremely happy with the entire staff!
Brandi Harbin is a good nurse practitioner. However, I was at the clinic for a 7 minute annual well visit and bloodwork and it took me almost 2 hours. This was for an 9 am appointment. After all of that, the bloodwork could still not be completed because paperwork wasn’t available after the visit. I requested the bloodwork paperwork a week prior in the portal and I was told it was available. I left and I’m not planning to return.
The doctor's and staff are wonderful. DR Harbin is great. Been with her a lot of years I followed her from Bailey Grove clinic and she is so sweet and always up front with you.
