My parents taught me as a child, if you don’t have anything good to say… don’t say anything at all… now that I’m grown, I will say, you Will NOT check my vitals in the waiting room in front of other patients! (HIPPA) I don’t care how full the exam rooms are…I’ll wait until one is ready for me! Also… why aren’t my medical records in a folder with my name on it? Are you guys sure Smith is a doctor??
