Great staff here! I never have to wait long, and my biweekly lab draws aren’t as dreadful! Thank you for all you do.
Before reading my review and thinking this was a one off, there are several other complaints of the same thing roughly around the same time. Absolutely the worst experience ever... I wasn't going to review at first because I felt bad and it was my first experience with this lab. Firstly, they had to stick me 4 times. After the first tech failed twice and jammed the needle around in me , they had to get a second tech. Mind you, I'm young and never had this problem before. Came here for a pre-admission appointment and had a very good experience. Latonya was working at the front desk and was delightful to talk to! Very cheery and kind. Tamara was the nurse who took me back and did the pre-admission testing. She was also very sweet and she did a great job explaining everything in detail and answering my questions.
WOW! World Class Service fast. Scheduled an appointment this morning, arrived early completed sign in, I barely had time to sit down before my name was called. Totally impressed with the Technicians, Destry and Cristal. Professional, courteous, efficient in their duties and I was greeted with a smile. Just a simple blood draw, never felt the prick of the needle. Huntsville Hospital has highly qualified personnel doing a quality job at this location. Thank you!!
