great on-line lab scheduling. essy check in. lab personnel very knoeedgeable (at least the blood draw people I see).
Absolutely the worst experience ever... I wasn't going to review at first because I felt bad and it was my first experience with this lab. Firstly, they had to stick me 4 times. After the first tech failed twice and jammed the needle around in me , they had to get a second tech. Mind you, I'm young and never had this problem before. Then they messed up and I never got my results. I called 3 times and finally spoke to a supervisor who said "it was a clerical error" and that they fixed it and my doctor will get the results.
