I’m only giving a one star because the receptionist needs to be replaced. ASAP. I observed her greet only older Caucasian men. Anyone else that walked in she didn’t look up from the screen. Very disturbing. This is my second visit at this location and she is not welcoming with the same attitude each time. DARIAN is great and very quick, which is why I even returned.
Darian drew my blood and it was as smooth as butter. For having only been doing this for 2 years, he's better than folks who stuck me and have been doing years longer. Thanks Darian! You're a smooth operator on blood drawing.
Extremely long wait times. Expect at least 1 hour and 30 minutes just for a fasting morning blood draw. Very disappointing. I had the same frustrating experience a couple of months ago, so clearly nothing has improved.
I had my blood drawn at Madison Hospital Lab today. The young gentleman who drew my blood was wonderful BUT… while there was a waiting room full of people waiting to have their blood tests done, I watched three lab techs chat among themselves while NOT calling one patient in 15 minutes. One lab tech actually sat in her lab chair and scrolled on her phone while patients were waiting to be seen! The wait time was retry long but that’s to be expected. I would give Kisha 10 stars! I’m dealing with 5 doctors offices and they all have me running in different directions. I was so impressed by Kisha at the lab. When I called she actually answered! Then she was beyond empathetic, helpful, patient and friendly. She really helped me when I was at my wits end.
