The wait time was retry long but that’s to be expected. I would give Kisha 10 stars! I’m dealing with 5 doctors offices and they all have me running in different directions. I was so impressed by Kisha at the lab. When I called she actually answered! Then she was beyond empathetic, helpful, patient and friendly. She really helped me when I was at my wits end.
Mom had a 7:30 appointment, after 9 am still waiting. What's the purpose in an appointment?
Always a long wait. My "estimated wait time 17 minutes" when I signed in over an hour ago and still waiting. They've called 3 people back and all you hear is conversations from employees. I had an 840 appointment, showed up at 830, and it's 930 and still waiting. It's always a long wait, and needs to be addressed.
Lab is absolutely terrible. The person running the lab should be fired. All the techs do is sit in the back chatting and do not take customers in a timely manner. They are just as bad at the Huntsville location.
The only place I prefer to get my blood work done. Quick, efficient, and painless. Always friendly.
