I had high hopes after reading the previous reviews. Unfortunately the staff here has already succumbed to the Huntsville Hospital culture. Patients are an irritant to the semi-sterile facilities, not customers, certainly not humans. Sigh, now Crestwood is HH also. Not sure what HH does to their poor staff to make them so cold, mean & arrogant, but is pervasive, must be management’s attitude. UAB & Vanderbilt are worlds above. Part of this is probably the low compensation for employees. Feels like Mordor
Im always treated with respect here. RNP Erin Lee is great! I also had my blood drawn by a very impressive lady with a pretty pink keyboard who is able to get multiple vials taken extremely fast and without hurting. Give them both a raise or bonus or something
Could not be better. One of the Only things Huntsville Hospital has right now! Two great lab technicians who know what they’re doing!
