This Hazel Green lab online scheduling portal allowed me to schedule an 8:30am lab draw on Friday July 3rd, yet when I arrived for my appointment the front door had a sign saying it was closed for July 4th celebration. Look, I get it, holiday falls on a Saturday this year, but your system shouldn’t have allowed me to schedule the appointment!
