Our experience with this practice was disappointing due to a clear lack of respect for patients’ time. We arrived early for my wife’s appointment, checked in, and still ended up waiting for well over an hour without being seen. Ultimately, we had to leave because we had other responsibilities and could not continue waiting for what should be a very brief consultation. We have tried for about 2 years to get someone, anyone really, to help us look into my husbands stomach issues or to even point us to the right Dr who could help us! Stephanie S.went to work for us and got us an appointment and got us going in the right direction! She has helped us so much more than she will ever know, and has definitely changed our minds about Dr offices in the Huntsville Hospital system! She is more than appreciated from our family!
