I have requested multiple times for a detailed invoice from them for a payment I made that covered 2 appointments (labs and doctor). My FSA card is on hold until I get this - I have been requesting it for over 2 months and they refuse to email it and say they can only send postal. I haven't received it and keep requesting it. The longest hold times ! I can't talk to anyone here to explain the outrageous charges on the bills I have to go down their physically
I have called and called, left message after message, and I can’t ever get anyone on the phone! My insurance has no record of this bill that they say was rejected, but I can’t get in touch with anyone to get it sorted out.
The hospital admitted there was a mistake on their registers end of giving the incorrect amount of money I would be responsible to pay, yet I’m still being held responsible for 400+. After months of trying to resolve it , playing cat and mouse with the many different people I was told to call… my account was sent to CareCredit — where pretty much by then I was told nothing could be done. I wound up spending 18 days at Huntsville hospital I had a great staff of nurses and texts and doctors that assisted me to get better also to mention Dr Northley in the ER department he was great and I appreciate everything you did to help me
