The hospital admitted there was a mistake on their registers end of giving the incorrect amount of money I would be responsible to pay, yet I’m still being held responsible for 400+. After months of trying to resolve it , playing cat and mouse with the many different people I was told to call… my account was sent to CareCredit — where pretty much by then I was told nothing could be done. I wound up spending 18 days at Huntsville hospital I had a great staff of nurses and texts and doctors that assisted me to get better also to mention Dr Northley in the ER department he was great and I appreciate everything you did to help me

After about five minutes on hold, a representative answered the phone, verified my identity, and addressed my request. My request was to send an itemized statement to my home address. I have no complaints ... although anyone would appreciate shorter hold times.

Absolutely horrible. The business office never answers your calls. I have tried 15 different times and never got in touch with someone. Time frame spanning from 8 minutes to 2 hours. I have phone records to prove this. Sad that you all have great providers but a horrible business office that will not answer phones. Been trying to get a billing issue resolved for 3 months now.
