I have been calling for days trying to request an invoice of all the charges from my son’s bill. Nobody will answer the phone.
Can't get through to ask questions about bill. They sent my bill to care credit without my knowledge and now I can't get through to ask about it. Have billing questions and the guy who takes payments only said the other line is on a 40 minute wait. And Huntsville Hospital wants to take over Crestwood? NO THANK YOU!
Huntsville Hospital needs to review their billing ethics. We have received text messages saying to click on them to pay a bill. They look just like the scam texts that come from scams. I'm not clicking on them. We then get calls from a collection agency saying we owe money. We have never even received a bill! The collection company threaten us saying they are sending it "further into collections". We have no idea what the bill is even for. So Huntsville Hospital needs to redo their records and billing system asap. My child was born in Madison but when I need a copy of the bill they are telling me they can not find him at all in their system. Their Decatur, Madison and Huntsville systems don't communicate...with the recent addition of Crestwood expect customer service to only get worse as they cant handle the work load they currently have
