Set up a payment plan of four payments automatically taken on the 12th of each month. The first three went through fine and before the fourth one was due they sent our account to collections without telling us and the collection agency called my husbands place of employment daily calling him a liar when he stated that this should have been auto drafted by the hospital payment plan that was set up. Where to even start with what a hot mess this office is. My husband had surgery in April. Paid for his deductible up front...because that's what they demand. Received a bill on June 8th for the surgery stating it went to the deductible. The bill showed no payments. Call them and was given an email address to send proof of payment to. The representative did say that this is a common thing to happen...how is that a red flag someone has addressed yet? Send them an email with proof of payment. They never answer the phone and when they do they don’t do what they promise. Said the same thing three times and never did it. Still haven’t.
