This place is great. Went in for a small piece of screen and the gentleman cut me a small piece said no charge. You seldom find that in the big box stores. Please support your Local Home Hardware store. Sometimes the small things in life make a big difference.... Thanks guys!!

I called the store yesterday morning to check on a product. They were out of stock but claimed a shipment was arriving that afternoon, with my item confirmed to be on the truck. I instructed them to reserve it for me, and they took my information. I expected a call that evening to confirm its arrival—none came.
