Very professional, friendly and easy to deal with.
I am shocked at the way they treated us, we have been a customer for must be 25 years with them supplying us with furnace oil. After being told we had to switch to propane we looked at new furnace and propane suppliers. We decided to go with someone else for propane. Huntsville Fuels told me that they would come pump out our fuel and give us a credit back. They said they would charge us for their time to come pump it out if we didn't stay with them as a customer. If I could give a negative review I would. Customer service is extremely poor, it's almost like Huntsville Fuels is the customer and I was spoken to very rudely. When I needed to move the tank, I started getting quotes from other propane companies and found that others are more proficient in technology and the yearly rental is lower. When I asked how much would it cost to have them remove the tanks, I was told $250.00 (they know that I have two tanks). We use these folks for propane at our family compound. Outstanding service! We exclusively use them for all our mechanical needs from furnaces to complete HVAC installations and have never been disappointed. Gord has been especially good and we would highly recommend these folks. I come from 40 years of building experience in Toronto and insist on quality work and I get it every time. Seriously…just use these guys and gals…you won’t be disappointed!
