Then to be told that we will be updated soon….. two and a half hours pass by I buzz and apologize and say I understand they’re busy but just checking if there’s an update and the lady on the other end was beyond unprofessional and rude. The men & women thatwork at this hospital are wonderful caring people. They are amazing & YOU ARE #1 when you go from medical help I love the people, actors, nurses, EVERYONE at this hospital. The are a huge team that work TOGETHER!!!🩵🩷🩹🩺🥼

Terrible. Spent hours waiting to be seen and never received follow up call as promised or any direction for long term injury care. Avoid this place unless absolutely necessary for emergency care.
On July 10 2025, I went to emergency with diverticulitis pain. Was not a long wait and I was in getting hooked up with needles for tests, a nurse gave me dilatin for pain, a bag in my I.V. After it was done she asked if I was still feeling pain and I said yes, so she hooked up another bag, I explained I didn’t do well with strong medicines. As the second bag finished the Doc came in and said tests were ok , and I could go . I explained the second meds.
