Terrible. Spent hours waiting to be seen and never received follow up call as promised or any direction for long term injury care. Avoid this place unless absolutely necessary for emergency care.
On July 10 2025, I went to emergency with diverticulitis pain. Was not a long wait and I was in getting hooked up with needles for tests, a nurse gave me dilatin for pain, a bag in my I.V. After it was done she asked if I was still feeling pain and I said yes, so she hooked up another bag, I explained I didn’t do well with strong medicines. The Muskoka District Memorial Hotel: In my mind it’s the place to be! The view was first class, the food was easily four-star Michelin, novel entertainment was everywhere, and the service was unparalleled. The reservation line was a little dodgy at times, but expectations should be tempered when making a reservation in the “ER Theme” rooms due to popularity.
