The staff were lovely to deal with during booking, at check-in for surgery (spay) and also upon the pick up of Mya. The staff were very curteous and called 1 day post surgery to check-in. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Mya.
Terrible experience from start to finish. We have been residents of Huntsville for 8 years. Our dog was one year old when we moved here. Had a great relationship with our previous vet who had looked after our dog since we got him as a pup. Our dog became acutely ill and had to have surgery at OVC Guelph, was in ICU for 10 days a couple of years ago, and again for several days a few months back. Staff are always friendly and show respect and care for our pet.
Staff is great with the pets and the owners. I just find it expensive compared to others.
