Very disappointing experience. Biggest problem was communication. It took weeks to get responses to basic emails several times. The explanation was they where too busy. Requested the owner, Sam Johnson, give me a call to discuss. Surprise, never heard from him. Seems like they are the victim of their own success. Maybe it's time to hire another assistant or delegate more responsibility to current staff. My sincere hope is this was just an isolated experience.
