Great hardware store, with a young, energetic, young manager, Zach Gregory! I came to buy a new garden hose, except Zach asked me about my old one, which I had in my car to dispose later. He came out into the parking lot with me, and said, “hey, I can fix this!” And so he did! Charged me only for the part, not his time. Incredible service in this age of ‘throw it away, and buy new.’ Zach saved me a lot of money, and reduced needless waste going to the landfill.
