I'd give them zero starts if I could. They give professional technicians a bad name. They tried to charge me for tires they didn't dispose of. I watched them put the wheels back on my wife's car. It just so happened to be the manager who was doing the work. He only used the impact to tighten the lug nuts. A torque wrench was never used. Now my brake rotors are warped and grab when I brake. I will never spend another dime there. Tell everyone you know to stay away!
