Id give 0 stars if possible absolutely disgraceful. Neglect patients with their medication due to pure laziness. A lot of staff seem unqualified and are rude also. Do not use this joke of a place.
Absolutely shocking practice this the reception are so rude and not helpful at and I will be taking my matter further with this practice
I needed a appointment with the GP instead of getting a appointment practice manager phoned the police to have me removed DR Butt said the practice manager wouldn't do that I have prove from Bury police its a revolting GPS surgery
I wish i could zero stars i really do because this is the worst doctors surgery ever! My grandmother was a patient of Dr Butt & I recently moved her because he’s the absolute worst & shouldn’t even be practicing! He didn’t care one bit, she was left without nebuliser medication for over a week at one point even though she has COPD… getting her an appointment?? Pfft forget that!
