All staff are lovely and polite. The lady on the front desk was very helpful and efficient.
The physio I saw today was very helpful and knowledgeable. She referred me to the muscle and skeletal specialist and an X-ray to be taken. Thank you for help :)
Dr.butt and staff are very nice except the male receptionist can be very rude and abrupt … i complained when I eventually saw the DR .. but the last couple of times I have rang he was very polite
Id give 0 stars if possible absolutely disgraceful. Neglect patients with their medication due to pure laziness. A lot of staff seem unqualified and are rude also. Do not use this joke of a place.
