We were skeptical about driving 1.5 hours to Huntley Ford after reading the most recent reviews but we were really interested in the bmw x7 with everything we were looking for and at a decent price so we decided to take a leap of faith. WE ARE THRILLED WE DID! Eric (sales) and Gary (finance) was right to the point, helpful and patient with us when trying to come to the sales agreement. Service here is an excellent option when you need anything done on your car.
I asked ahead of time if their VW Golf R had any aftermarket parts or a tune besides the intake and was told no. I drove about 2 hours round trip based on that information. When I arrived, I was then told the car was tuned and catless. That should have been disclosed upfront, especially since I directly asked. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.
