Every time we call Huntlee or Branxton, the receptionists (Exception to Jo, Lyn & Bel)rudely snap back at you to say they don’t have any appointments available.When we tell them its an emergency they ask what it is and then they say it is not an emergency. I wasnt aware that the receptionist is qualified to assess what is and what is not an emergency. The doctors we see are fantastic but they need an overhaul of receptionists because a majority of them are rude and do not belong as customer facing.
Don’t attend this drs surgery!! Not my story but definitely one to share if you value your life. Disgraceful act by the surgery and doctors! I don’t even know where to begin in thanking Kurt—he truly saved my daughter’s life today. His diligence, quick thinking, and genuine care made all the difference in what could have been a tragic situation. Every time you call Huntlee or Branxton, the receptionists rudely snap back at you to say they don’t have any appointments available for the next few days, even if you’re really unwell. The doctor I see is fantastic but they need an overhaul of receptionists because a majority of them are rude and do not care.
My 2 year old daughter had her first visit here with Dr Cameron Smith. She was distraught the whole time and he stayed composed and calm which was much appreciated. Would recommend
