What you'll get in return is a board of directors (they are all really old) with no foresight into the future and hell-bent on petty projects while using high priced consultants for everything while not even taking their advice. Looks are deceiving. The monthly homeowner's fee is up to $625/month. The service is pitiful. Requests to repair or fix common area issues go unheaded for years. Preventive maintenance is not in the board's preview as they are fixated on placing blame on others instead of hiring appropriate/competent contractors. But wait, there's more. An assessment between 35k to 70k FOR EACH UNIT OWNER, to "fix" building issues is on the agenda.
