Very rude, and underhanded!!
Housing Authority inspector are not coming out to the apartment complex or housing to do 1st time inspection instead are accepting photos from landlord and units are unacceptable when moving in and tentent is threatened by landlord and or wrongfully evicted , and paperwork is not mailed to tenants and documents are lost or stolen in the office some of the apartments are unsafe and damaged but are passed because they are not doing initial inspections and paying deposit on places that haven't even been cleaned or painted by ow... read more
Filed out application then went back to office wasn't allowed in the building a man came to the door at lobby said there was 1 to 2 year waiting list in order to receive my housing voucher July, August of 2023 HUD inspector not doing their jobs by going out to inspect units correctly, only receiving pictures of units, and places are unsafe, with holes in walls, mold in units and landlords not wanting to fix units, and HUD inspector standing up for landlord and not the clint when landlord are in the wrong and not sending out ... read more
If you are on the housing Program and you make $16.59 a hour you make to much and you are Single Have no kids Pay all your utilities You still make too much. (WOW) You will be kicked off the program effective immediately if you are someone looking for a new place to move and a new start do not move here and place your Confidence in this section 8 office oh yea they were So gracious enough to tell me that in 6 months if my income changes from $16.59 hour and I make less cause her words you are wayyyyyyy over income at $16.59 ... read more
