Dr Krug is great but has taken months for staff to send Rx to my pharmacy. They were also reluctant to send to mail order that could save me $800 in copay. He’s in network and I reached out of pocket max but still received $137 bill for a brief call. They also don’t respond to email. When I asked if he’s in network they were evasive and rude and said I still have to pay the bill that processed 2 months late and told me he was in network. Also they did not cancel appointments I cancelled many times.
They had me fill out paperwork regarding my insurance information, scheduled me an appointment, and when I arrived told me they don’t take my insurance. Waste of time
The staff and the one doctor I see are amazing. The office is upbeat and friendly. The doctor care is like none I’ve experienced before. My doctor is informative, he has laid out a plan of treatment, and it feels great. I highly recommend recommend Huntington Urology Specialists. They are special!
Dr. Khalili has nothing but my praise for his caring approach, his technical skill, and his ability to put his patients at ease. Although I am a physician, I always am nervous when seeing a new provider -- and this was for a diagnosis of prostate cancer. Dr. Khalili patiently took me through what needed to be done before the surgery. My experience with him at Huntington Hospital was outstanding.
