I'd like to address the issue that someone wrote in a review on this site please. I've lived here for 22 years, and most of the other renters have been here for 2 years or more. Why? Because it is a great place to live!! It is not, by any means, run down and needing to be condemned!! The manager here is a great person. Not only does she care about her tenants, she cares about the grounds and is very good about keeping everyone here safe and never rude to ANYONE! I have lived in these apartments for 22 years and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. The grounds are kept clean. Snow is removed before you even wake up, and it's safe. Each floor has lighting above the apartment and this is a huge bonus...there's an elevator in every bldg!! If there's ever a problem, 1 call and it's fixed. No waiting for return calls etc .. it's fixed. Management is not only professional but kind.
