If I can give this place minus stars I would. The therapist I had (Melanie) was very knowledgeable, kind and sweet. The receptionist on the 3rd floor Tamar was also very nice and helpful. I finished my therapy a few months ago however my Dr referred me for more. I called 4 times, left messages on their voicemail and spoke with someone who placed me on the call back list. Today I was told that they have 400 patients and the call back takes about 2 weeks. I was willing to wait but I asked if therapists have appointments availa... read more

Excellent attention and work of the people.

I was not able to continue with services here after the team lied to me about my costs. I was told that insurance would cover twelve sessions for the year. The women at the front desk told me it would be completely covered, and not only do I remember them telling me this, it was also written down in my file and later confirmed by one of the front-desk associates.
