It’s a good company, but they only want cash without cash you cannot get your vehicle. To me that is not is customer friendly.
I was really impressed with the service they provided from start to finish. Celeste which is the front desk associate was clear and made the process and paperwork very easy. The auto technician was very thorough when he went over the damages my car had and explained what would be done as far as parts being replaced.
