I hate even give A star this place is disgusting technicians are rude I was very uncomfortable the rooms are nasty 🤢 their attitude sucks I was told it would take 20min and it was 35min I never ever ever want to go here again
I DO NOT RECOMMEND. If I could rate 0 starts I would, but 1 is ok because it was not the morning receptionist fault. She was polite and tried to help answer my questions as much as she could. I was told by scheduling to be there between 1 and 1 1/2 hrs before my appointment, I got there 1 1/2 hrs knowing that I’d had to wait which I did patiently. My appointment is at 3:40p.m and I was told to be here @ 3:20p.m. It’s currently 5:36 PM and I still have not been seen. The receptionist told me they were one hour behind when they’re actually two hours behind.
Great customer service, assistance with getting on the bed for my CT scan and very kind staff. Definitely recommend this location for any future appointments.
