I arrived 10 minutes early for an appointment for my 88 year old mom. There was no one at the front desk. After five minutes, I was told the appointments were running behind. She would not be seen till 5:10 (I was told to be there at 3:30 for a 3:50 appt.). I asked why I was not notified of the delay. She said she just got there. I asked to be rescheduled.
