I just moved here and I’m 22 weeks pregnant, high risk, their office said they won’t accept new patients and for me to contact my insurance for a provider. I did that and there are no providers available. I asked this office for help and they can’t help me. I’m being forced to go my second and third trimester without care or an OBGYN because all are allegedly booked up.

I've been a patient with this group for many years and they've provided me with orders for screening mammograms. This year I needed an order for a screening mammogram and was told that now this group charges $300 annually for a physical, which would apply even if I just wanted an order for a screening mammogram and don't need a physical. They wouldn't waive the fee. I paid the fee, but very disappointing.

This office, Chelsea and the rest of the staff, and Dr. Matsuda deserve more than 5 stars. From the moment you walk in, you see the clean, comfortable, and stylish waiting area. I could happily sit and read a book here with a cup of tea. You are also greeted warmly, like they’re truly happy to get you signed in and set up. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for my OB-GYN, Dr. Cheng. When I came to her, I was anemic and struggling with fibroids. She didn’t waste any time, she listened, explained my options clearly, and scheduled my myomectomy surgery quickly. Her skill and decisiveness gave me peace of mind during a really scary time. Because of her, I now have the chance at a healthier, fuller life. She’s not just a doctor, she’s someone who truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond.

After researching different providers in the area, I decided to go with this practice for my first pregnancy. I tried emailing them to get a new patient appointment but never heard back. After several days I called the clinic and was told to give scheduling more time to reach out. Called and emailed again weeks later. No response to email and clinic told me the same thing, keep waiting. I never ended up hearing back to schedule my appointment. Horrible system, especially if you’re charging a $300 admin fee.
