Did not have a positive interaction with the owner. Really poor customer service. I brought a trimmer in to be evaluated as to what was needed to correct issue. A week later, I had to contact owner because I had not heard from him. When I spoke with him, he told me that he had ordered a new carburator (without consulting me) and when I told him to stop working on it because I had a warranty and needed to proceed that way, he informed me that he does not do warranty work.
