Sad situation trying to work with Huntington on my new home loan. They just couldn't figure anything out and their knowledge base was quite fragmented. Found a another loan professional in another state and closed 10 days later just in my name. Huntington said that was impossible to get approved without my wife on the loan.
Refused to cash my check from work even after I had had to go back to work to have one of my managers fill it out the right way. Waste of my time
Great people
They gave me a pre-approval. I went on the market and found a house that we loved. Work back and forth with the seller to negotiate a great price. Without any notice stopped at the bank to check status and was informed that they couldn't do the loan even after a pre-approval. Extremely unprofessional. Extremely unfortunate considering the amount of business accounts and business I've done with them over the years.
