Nothing lots of plumbing problems and the bill is on the Home owner when the problem Is the on the parks side the go around mowing all the yards to charge the home owner extra money rent goes up ever year

The park is under new management and they are really turning the place around. We have really enjoyed living here and working with caring management. Walmart is with in walking distance as well as many other shopping centers. There is a Brookshire's not too far up the road as well as a fitness center and laundromat at the end of the street. City transit is with in walking distance, too.

Manager terrorizes elderly tenants that own their mobile. Always trying to charge them for grass mowing or maintenance on their home when the rentals are dilapidated ! No one cares about elderly abuse!
This place is a joke! Nobody should EVER EVER move into this place!! Rent goes up every month! No amenities! Neighbors are trashy loud. Park manager is a joke! Does nothing but ride around being nosey but doing nothing about anything!
