The staff are great, but parking is expensive and very poorly managed. Structures are often full, have no attendant and the equipment often fails. Yesterday I paid my fee ($12.00) and then the machine locked up and did not return the ticket. I rang the 'intercom' repeatedly for over 25 minutes but nobody responded. Eventually I had to find a valet attendant to let me out! The service in the emergency room was terrible; I spent the entire night waiting to be attended to. Many people who arrived after me were already seen, and the staff at the counter didn't know what to say. They just kept saying that these were different departments and that they didn't have the information. They really need to provide them with proper training so they can deliver good service, because they answer in a very rude manner.

I was recently admitted to Huntington Hospital for chest pain and abnormal cardiac findings, including elevated troponin and reduced heart function. The cardiology team recommended a cardiac catheterization, which I was willing to undergo. However, the hospital refused to consider an anesthesia approach that would allow me to safely tolerate the procedure. Best hospital for Emergency. Great doctors and friendly staffs. ICU nurses and doctors are all very caring, attentive and informative. Very Clean comfortable environment. Delicious hospital meals with large menu selection. Ambiance reflects a luxury hotel instead of hospital. Highly recommended.
