The people that talk about the wait, are correct. I believe they over book. Beyond that, my significant other paid out of pocket for the highest tech cataract surgery and lens replacement they had available; in excess of $5,000.00 He only needed the surgery in one eye. His "good" eye required a contact lens, wherein the prescription we were told would likely change once he had the cataracts removed and lens replaced in the other eye. And he needed it fast, as he was leaving in two days to travel out of state to work for 3 mo... read more

I have not had to wait either. I have been seen by Dr. DruAnn McCluskey for years. First my mother saw her and now my daughter as well. We were all in need of an ophthalmologist for different reasons. We have all been very happy with the service and professionalism.
They are very professional I love my doctor he is wonderful.
Doctor misdiagnosed serious issue. Instead of recommending a retina specialist, he told me there was improvement and to come back in six months. Fortunately I got a second opinion at Global Eye and they told me to get to a specialist ASAP. Had I waited, I could have gone blind.
I think they are pathetic. When you have someone show up for an Appt DO NOT make them wait over 45 minutes and expect them to stay. My father and I each waited 45 minutes then left when we saw the wait was going to be a lot longer. RESPECT MY TIME! You ask me to respect yours - so RESPECT MY TIME! I'd rather go blind than ever go to your offices again and now I will make sure EVERYONE knows how you (mis)treat customers. Thank you for doing this - now I can go some place professional - unlike your amateur 3rd rate place.
