Nothing but a mill. Poor customer service, bad front desk. I prefer to drive 20 miles- my old pediatrician- than to go here, 3 miles away.

Doctos are fantastic! – All the doctors are fantastic, but the office staff are disorganized and rude.

I'm a Convert – I was very pleased with Doctor Anderson's bed side manner and the time she took to explain everything to me. During my wife's first visit, we had a less than positive experience, but Dr Anderson checked their records, apologized for the delay and explained that they had a very unusual day that day with three emergencies happening at the same time. I have been a critic of this office, but I have to say that I'm a convert and will go back to see Doctor Anderson with all my girls!

Highly recommend for this to be your HOME! – I have known/had Dr Kathleen Smith as my kids primary pediatrician for 6 years now, almost 7. I have 2 children a 6 year old and a 2 year old. Both have been with her since birth. She has been the absolute best each and every time. She's very thorough, detailed, asks and answers everything about everything. Absolutely no complaints – I've had nothing but good experiences at this doctor. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about all the extra shots and tests required to get our kids into CA schools and camps. Very accommodating on refilling prescriptions on short notice, and a great front-desk staff. The kids love the fish in the waiting room. Sick/Well sides of the office. Great convenience of walk-in hours in the mornings and appts on Saturday. Not sure how "babies1101" had such a bad experience, but ours were always grea... read more

Please don't go to this group. Will never go back there again! – I really had a bad experience with this clinic. The first time I tried to make an appt with them for my 9 month old baby, they gave me a hard time. The told me they were going to call me but they never did until my husband had to call them himself. Then, on her first visit, the doctor who saw her was very impersonal. For a pediatrician, you would expect him to be a little patient for a crying baby, but he was rude enough to tell me that he could not concentrate... read more

Absolutely The Best! – A really fantastic office. There is a well side and a sick side, the waiting room is very nice, the receptionists are delightful, the nurse is great and the Doctors are a dream, no one wears a white coat which is so helpful for my daughter. Dr. Anderson gets down to my daughter's level (she's almost 2) and says hi, talks to her, has got to know her and seems to genuinely care about why we are there. Not once has my daughter cried there and she used to be almost hysterical with our last peditrican.
