My parents have a language barrier, so I was explicitly authorized to handle communication for my brother's account. I am incredibly disappointed with the leadership at this location. We sent my brother here for ACT prep, and the very first tutor he had, Jaiden, spent the sessions on his phone scrolling through TikTok instead of teaching. When we brought this up to Chris, nothing was done. The real problem started when we tried to get a refund for the hours we didn't use.
