We had an outstanding experience with HLCN! My daughter took the ACT the first time with a 26 score and in her last attempt she got 34. The tutors were exceptional and worked with her in the areas she was struggling and directly related to time management and responding to the questions with less reading and more visual interpretation and speed. Helped my son greatly improve his score in the SAT by giving him focused work and retesting to see how it was working. I really appreciate the tutors who worked with him - they communicated with the coordinators who communicated progress with me! Thank you!
My son ended up doing worse after going here. One of the older workers was also incredibly rude when we asked for accommodations. They said they had a conversation with me but they didn't. I have yet to receive any calls from them. I would not recommend using their services.
