I've had two different appointments with Ms Jamie Dixon, will not have another. First time I was put back in a little room and waited over a hour while staff went to lunch. Nobody came so I got up and left. I left a pretty bad review then. Today I had an 11:15 appointment, HIMG even called to remind me. When I got there they told me that my appointment was yesterday and there was no way I could see her. Like I said, HIMG called and reminded me. Since moving back from SC to WV 2008 I needed a PCP . I was seen by Dr Abdagalber he remains my PCP . I’m a difficult patient to treat bc now I am retired RN after 27 years. Efficiency, knowledge , concern and treatment are Great ! Very nice and listens well. I’ve not ever had one issue with the staff that works in his office . I’ve always received reminders of appointment Wait time never been over 15 minutes for me . Highly recommend.
