process of getting transferred from the ER to another ward took from 5am to almost 11pm. treatment felt unethical at some points and some staff were very patronizing. avoid this place at all costs.

I was admitted in Ambulance unfortunately to this Hospital . I had a accident got ran over by a biker sometime in August 2026 , all my left side was hit my elbow was scraped from the biker and ground I was in so much pain I was put in the waiting room to be check for my vitals and ask what happened to me . Finally I was put on a room that I could hear the all the loud staff in the background and a loud TV I had to ask it please be turned off. My nurse was not compassionate or helpful when I needed to get up to go to the bath... read more

So I’ve lived in the local area for 22 years and raised three kids here. And my overwhelming experience at Huntington has been bad. The wait times and the care in the emergency room is awful. Multiple times they misdiagnosed my young daughters kidney disease. We got accurately diagnosed in the emergency room at Verdugo Hills Hospital, which was a lifesaver. My elderly mom lives locally in Pasadena and we went to the ER last night (bp 80/47 and very low sodium from CHF from Lasix) and my mom a former ICU nurse had to literall... read more

Only thing I don't like is paying for Parking when you got love ones here in bad shape. Shame on you and the city of Pasadena! They could at the very least validate Parking! It's just all about the greed! Smh.. but other then that it's a great hospital. Very clean. And nice staff.
