Absolute disgrace of a hospital that has the audacity to charge for parking. Imagine rushing your family member to the ER, waiting around the whole day to be seen, then leaving and having to pay $12 because you had no other place to put your car. Huntington Hospital is a greedy organization that does not care about people

I have never had such a disappointing and dismissive ER experience. I came in with excruciating kidney pain and was left sitting in a plastic chair in the hallway for hours because there were “no available rooms.” In over three hours, I received no fluids, no pain relief, and no antibiotics. The staff struggled to get a line in, poking me multiple times in my arms, digging around, and still weren’t able to draw a full set of labs. I cannot rave enough about my experience here. I’m terrified of hospitals after battling a chronic disease 10 years ago. For this reason I avoid them at all costs. Huntington has altered this perspective. I had ovarian torsion with a cyst mid day two weeks ago. I came to emergency room in level 10 pain. I was quickly triaged, treated with care and respect, pain managed and tests run in under an hour.
