My boyfriend took his truck this morning to have a window replaced. he waited approximately 20 minutes.. I'll be generous and say 30. when he paid they charged 1.6 hours for labor. He pointed out that they spend about 20 minutes installing the window. Their response was that "the book" said 1.6 hours so that's just the way it is. Trying to support our local businesses and then they rip you off and say too bad!! Two thumbs down!
