Dr Hong is great. His staff, however, not the best. Had/having a very frustrating situation with getting my glasses made properly, and now even getting my prescription emailed to me is proving to be an extreme hassle. Office always closes earlier than posted as well.
I saw Dr. Hong for my dry eye condition. For the last five years, my dry eyes have been getting worse to the point that I could not have a conversation with someone without blinking and closing my eyes. At work, I had to constantly let people know that I am not trying to be rude or falling asleep. Dr. Hong patiently listened to my symptomes, empathized with my situation and told me about the different treatment options. We’ve been seeing Dr. Hong for years. I appreciate his focus on the health of my eyes. As I go through middle age, he spends time explaining my options for reading and distance vision. And we really like the support staff at the office.
